摘要
旋流电解技术应用于铜电解后液中,能得到高品位电积铜,且能将电解液中的铜浓度降低至0.1 g/L以下,并有效脱除溶液中的砷、锑、铋等杂质,与传统诱导脱铜工艺相比,旋流电解技术不仅能保证阴极铜质量,还能减少黑铜板和黑铜渣量,减少中间产品的含铜量,实现密闭作业,消除现场酸雾及有害气体的危害,具有良好的经济效益和社会环境效益。
Cyclone electrolysis technology can be applied in post copper electrolyte to obtain high grade electro-winning copper, reduce copper concentration in electrolyte to below 0.1 g/L, and effectively remove As, Sb and Bi. Comparing to conventional copper removal process by induction, cyclone electrolysis technology not only can ensure quality of cathode copper, but also reduce black copper plate, black copper slag and copper content in intermediate product, realize closed operation, eliminate hazards of acid mist and harmful zas, which has good economic benefit and social and environment benefit.
