With the charging of materials with Si02 content and low Fe content, great fluctuation in ISF production will be generated for a time. According to the furnace condition after charging the materials, the paper analyzes the variety of Si02 and Fe contents in sinter cake in the process of smelting and the harm of the materials to production, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
