摘要
丹霞冶炼厂污水处理站根据各车间所排放的工业废水水质情况,采用单介质机械过滤器作为过滤装置。该装置通过过滤器内部填料的吸附截留机理,高效去除水中的悬浮物,降低水的浊度,从而达到水质澄清的目的。通过对单介质过滤器的应用分析比较、选型、操作过程、影响因素以及存在问题的分析,提出了对丹冶污水处理站机械过滤器进行改进的措施建议。
Danxia smelting plant sewage treatment station use single-medium mechanical filter as filtration device according to the quality of industrial wastewater drained from different workshops. This device efficiently removes suspended solids in the water and reduces turbidity of water so as to clarify the quality of water through the absorption and interception mechanism of filling inside the filter. After comparison on application analysis of single-medium mechanical filter, type selection, operation procedure, influence factor and analysis on the existing problems, this paper put forward measures and suggestions on improving the mechanical filter of Danxia smelting plant sewage treatment station.
