摘要
扣件式钢管模板支撑体系具有承载力较大,装拆方便、运用灵活等优点,被广泛运用于模板支撑体系中。本文对扣件式模板支撑体系进行了分析,得到了施工中容易导致模板支撑倒塌事故的危险源,主要包括荷载偏心、立杆外伸长度、扫地杆设置、扣件周转后质量、扣件拧紧力矩、立杆对接等。并针对分析所得到的危险源,提出了几点控制措施,为工程实践提供参考。
Fastener type steel pipe formwork support has the advantages of large capacity, convenient assembly and disassembly, flexible use and is widely used in the eonstructon. The dangerous source of fastener type steel pipe formwork support were analyzed in the paper, including load eccentricity, vertical rod external length, sweeping rod setting, turnover fastener quality, tightening torque, vertical rod docking etc. Based on the dangerous source analysis, some trol measures were put.forward.
