摘要
对澳斯麦特炉喷枪熔炼过程中喷枪枪位、喷枪背压、喷枪端压、喷枪燃料、套筒风管、投料方式与喷枪寿命的关系进行探讨,得出可通过设计合理的取压管装置、设定准确的喷枪端压和背压控制参数、送入合理的燃料量、分散送入二次燃烧风,可以延长澳斯麦特炉喷枪寿命。
The relationship between lance span and influence factors such as position, lance back pressure, lance end pressure, lance fuel, lance shroud air pipe, feeding mode were discussed. In order to extend lance span, the following conclusions were drawed：design reasonable device of obtaining pressure,settings accurate lance back pressure and end pressure parameters, feeding reasonable combustion air and dispersion feeding secondary combus- tion air.
