摘要
采用褐煤活性焦吸附剂对污水中的Cu,Pb,As进行处理并回收利用。研究不同型号活性焦吸附剂对废水的处理效果影响,选取最佳的吸附剂。通过静态吸附试验对吸附时间、pH、吸附剂用量做了最终的确定。结果表明,最佳的吸附条件是选取C型吸附剂,吸附时间为120 min、废水pH约为5.0、吸附用量为1 t废水需20 kg吸附剂,Cu、Pb、As的吸附率分别可达93.09%,97.49%,98.47%。这为褐煤活性焦作为水处理吸附材料提供了有利的证实。
Activated coke from lignite was used as adsorbent to treat and recycle industry wastewater containing Cu, Pb and As. A study on effect of different types of activated coke on the adsorption process was carried out for selectong the best adsorbent. The best adsorption condition was determined by static adsorption experiments on the adsorption time, pH and adsorbent dosage. The results indicated that the best adsorption conditions is using C type adsorbent with adsorption time of 120 minutes, pH of 5.0, and 20 kilogram of activated coke from lignite for one tons of industry wastewater. The adsorption rates of Cu, Pb, and As are 93.09% ,97.49% and 98.47% respec-tively. It was confirmed that activated coke from lignite is a favorable adsorption material for water treatment.
