摘要 本文利用显微镜法、红外光谱法和化学分析法,对蚕丝蛋白共混再生纤维素纤维进行了定性分析,确定了其纤维由蚕丝蛋白和粘纤组成。二组分定量分析方法根据国家标准GB/T 2910-2009,由于不同工艺的蚕丝蛋白共混再生纤维素纤维蛋白含量不同,本实验采用的纤维定量方法与蛋白含量无关,一种采用了分步溶解法,先将蚕丝蛋白溶解,再溶解与其混纺的纤维,剩余蚕丝蛋白共混再生纤维素纤维中的再生纤维素纤维部分,然后按三组分混合物的计算公式进行计算;另一种采用溶解蚕丝蛋白共混再生纤维素纤维,剩余其他纤维,避免了由于加入蛋白含量的不同而导致试验数据的差异,从而使试验结果更准确,满足了国内外新型纤维发展的需要。 This paper makes use of microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and chemical analysis to qualitatively analyze the fibroin-regenerated cellulose blend fiber and determine its composition of viscose fiber and the fibroin. Bi-component quantitative analysis method is based on the national standard GBfr 2910-2009. Due to the different amount of protein in different processes of fibroin-regenerated cellulose blend fiber, the fiber quantitative methods used in this experiment has nothing to do with the protein content. One is the step dissolution method. We can first dissolve fibroin, then dissolve with blended fibers and remain the regenerated cellulose fiber portion in fibroin-regenerated cellulose fiber blend, and calculate according to three-component mixture formula. Another method dissolved the fibroin- regenerated cellulose blend fiber and remained the other fiber. This avoids the different test data resulting from the added protein content and makes the experience results more accurate and satisfies the need for new fiber development home and abroad.
