党建工作是高校思想政治教育工作的核心。文章分析了当前高校的基层党建工作存在的问题,提出高校基层党建工作应当通过明确党建工作的原则、创新工作方法、加强干部队伍建设、构建和谐校园文化等路径,切实增强高校基层党建的实效性和生命力。

Party-building work is the core of the ideological and political work in university.Nowadays, there are many problems in the party-building work of college students. We should pay attention to clearing the principle, innovating methods, improving student representatives＇ work and constructing the harmonious university campus culture, to strengthen the efficiency and vitality of the party-building work of college students.
