摘要
秘书文化的培育是发展秘书行业的重要出路,尤其在有象牙塔之称的高校中,从意识形态层面上激励与规范秘书,为秘书的高等教育管理工作创建永续的机制和环境,是优化管理质量和效率的需要,也是现代社会的必然要求。文章对高校秘书及其文化的内涵进行探讨,以揭示秘书文化的内核,并在分析高校秘书文化培育现状的基础上,从传统思想、现代精神以及考核评价体系等角度提出若干建议。
The secretary has been an important part for the system of higher education management.To develop the Secretary industry, the culture of secretary must be cultivated to inspire and restrain the deed of secretary,which will build up a sustainable mechanism and environment for higher education management of secretary,and then satisfy to the trend of the modern society.In this article,we outlined the principles of secretary and its culture in higher education management based on our own practice in order to illustrate the core of the secretary culture. At the same time, the importance of secretary in higher education management was analyzed from two aspects. At last, some suggestions were put forward from the views of traditional ideology, modern spirit and assessment system according to our analyses of its history and current situations of secretary culture in the university.
