摘要
在概述高校后勤管理社会化的概念及基本要求的基础分析了高校后勤管理社会化的现状,指出当前存在的主要问题,并进一步探讨了高校后勤管理社会化的策略建议。认为高校后勤管理社会化的改革可充分调动后勤职工的工作积极性及主动性,构建完善的后勤现代企业制度、加强高校后勤财务的体制化管理、优化后勤人力资源的管理,从而增强后勤服务能力,提升服务质量。
This paper firstly makes the outline of ~he concepts and basic requirements about the socialization of university logistics department management ~ secondly , it analyzes the present situation of it, putting forward some main problems and making a further discussion of the strategy and advice of it in details. Through the social reform of the university logistics department management, it can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of our workers here. It can build a perfect modern enterprise system here. It can strengthen the management of the university logistics department financial system and constantly optimize the management of human resources here. In these ways, we can enhance the capabilities of the logistics service and improve the quality of it.
