Thoughts on Material Purchasing Management in Local Universities

在分析目前地方性本科院校物资采购存在的主要问题和应遵循的原则的基础上,提出:地方高校在物资采购工作中应树立正确的物资采购管理理念,建立科学化精细化的体制机制,建立完善的物资采购管理制度,建立信息技术的网络管理平台,制订分类的采购监督管理体系,加强各级资产管理队伍的建设等对策促进地方本科院校物资采购管理工作的高效运行。

On the basis of the analysis of major problems many local universities come cross, the author offers some measures to strengthen material purchasing in local universities and points out that correct concepts together with a scientific and meticulous management system must be set up in all local universities. Besides, local universities should adopt a well-established mechanism in the material purchasing management, build an information-technology network management platform and work out a fine-classified supervision^management mechanism. So that the local universities will achieve high- efficiency in the material purchasing management.
