大脑可塑性和意识经验对成人学习的影响及启示 被引量:1

摘要 大脑的可塑性为成人学习提供了生理条件;丰富的意识经验是成人学习重要的心理资源。终身学习进程中,应改变成人难以学习的传统观念,以丰富的学习和生活方式保持成人大脑的灵活性,重视情绪对其学习的积极作用,尊重成人个体独特的意识经验,重视意识经验中的意义、价值的理解和建构。 The plasticity of human brain is the physiological base of adult learning, and the conscious experience is the important psychological resource of adult learning. This essay suggests that, in the process of lifelong learning, the traditional ideas that adults are difficult in learning be modified; and their flexibility of brain be maintained through varieties of study and life style. Adults' emotions, moreover, play a positive role in learning, and importance should be attached to the interpretation and construction of meaning and value to respect adults' particular conscious experience.
