摘要
目前高职英语教学普遍存在定位不准确、教学模式与方法滞后、教学内容与职业能力培养脱节、教学评价方式单一和具有国际化视野的双师型教师缺乏等问题。对此,论者提出了高职英语教学改革应该以培养学生的外语职业应用能力为导向,优化整合专业的课程体系和教学内容,实施"教、学、练"三位一体的教学模式,建立科学合理的学生评价体系,加强国际化师资队伍和实习实训基地建设等改革举措,以提升高职英语教学的效用与质量。
This research revealed such problems in today's higher vocational English teaching as improper orientation, out-dated models and methods, teaching content out of line with vocational competence build-up, simple teaching evaluation and insufficient teaching staff with a global vision and double careers. The author, thus, proposes that higher vocational English teaching be reformed to train students' professional capability and optimize the major curriculum system and contents to integrate instructions, learning and practice. For that purpose, it is critical to establish scientific assessment mechanism, internationalized faculty and internship bases to upgrade English teaching quality and efficacy.
