摘要
我国台湾地区的民航法制经过多年的发展,目前形成了以"民用航空法"为核心,包括民航局的三部"组织条例"以及若干"办法"、"规则"等法规性文件在内的民航法律体系。我国台湾地区民航法制具有法律体系比较完整健全,立法内容比较具体详细,专业性较强、更新换代较快的特点。它对祖国大陆民航法制的进一步发展和完善具有重要的启示。
After years of development the civil aviation legal institution in Taiwan of China has become a system consisted of the ＂civil aviation law＂ as the core, and three ＂organization regulations＂ of Civil Aviation Administration and other rules. The characteristics of civil aviation legal institutions in Taiwan are complete, complex, detailed, professional and with fast renewal. For further develop- ment of civil aviation legal institution on mainland of China, the civil aviation legal institution in Tai- wan can offer some important enlightenment.
