Reform and Research on Education and Teaching of Political Theory Course in Pilot Training

飞行专业培养的是从事特殊职业的飞行员,飞行专业思想政治教育有其不同于一般大学生的地方。本文总结了飞行员培养对象的特点,调查了用人单位订单式培养飞行员的特殊要求,研究了飞行员培养中思想政治理论课教育教学的特殊规律,探索了飞行员培养中思想政治理论课教育教学改革的方向。

Pilots engage in a special profession, and pilot training in the ideological and political education is quite different from that of the college students. In this paper a summary of the characteristics of the target pilot training is presented. And a survey of the special requirements of training pilots from employer-ordered units has been carried out. It also studies the special laws on education and teaching of ideological and political theory course in pilot training and probes into some reforms related to it.
