摘要
运用 HRP逆行标记技术 ,对蛤蚧 ( Gekko gecko)离顶盖通路中丘脑圆核 ( Rt)到端脑前背侧室嵴( ADVR)投射的具体模式和局部相关性进行研究 .结果显示 :蛤蚧丘脑 Rt前、中部的腹外侧区传出纤维 ,沿外侧前脑束 ( lfb)前行至前联合 ( ca) ,少数纤维交叉至对侧 ,多数仍同侧前行 ,末梢到达 ADVR嘴外侧区核心部 .投射模式为双侧投射 .
Using the HRP retrograde labeling methods,the present work studies the neuronal pathway connecting the thalamic nucleus rotundus (Rt) and telencephalic Anterior Dorsal Ventricular Ridge (ADVR) in lizard Gekko gecko.We examine the input pattern and relation ship of the projections from individual Rt to ADVR.The result indicates that the ventrolateral part of rostral and medial Rt project to rostrolateral ADVR.The fibers run ahead in the lateral forebrain bundle (lfb),at the commissure anteror (ca) a few fibers trace across to the contralateral telencephalon while the others trace ipsilateral.Termials end in the central core of rostrolateral ADVR.The pattern is bilateral project.
