摘要
首次研究了月柿根际土壤酶的活性及其与土壤农化特性、月柿产量的关系 .结果表明 :中、低产园土壤酶的活性显著低于高产园土壤 ;月柿根际土壤酶活性的水平分布规律是 :在树冠滴水线最高 ,在树冠内半径1 /2处显著降低 ,而在树冠滴水线向外加树冠半径长的 1 /2处最低 ;月柿根际土壤酶活性的垂直分布规律是 :0~ 2 0 cm土层最高 ,随土层的加深而逐渐降低 .统计分析表明 :土壤酶活性与土壤养分含量、月柿产量均呈极显著相关 ,不同土壤酶之间也呈极显著相关 .
The enzyme activity of persimmon root range soil and the relation,between the enzyme activity and agrochemical property and persimmon yield are studied for the first time.The results indicate that the enzyme activity of root range soil in medium or low yield persimmon orchard is significantly lower than that in high yield persimmon orchard.The low of level distribution of enzyme activity of persimmon root range soil is that:it is the highest in dripping line of tree crown and significantly lower in one half radius of tree crown and the lowest in one half radius of tree crown outside the dripping line.The regularity of vertical distribution of enzyme activity of persimmon root range soil is that it is the highest in 0~20cm depth of soil and varies gradually lower with deepening of soil.According to statistical analysis,enzyme activity of soil has extreme marked correlation with nutrient content of soil and yield of persimmon.Different enzyme activity of soil has extreme marked correlation,enzyme activity of soil maybe regarded as an index to evaluate fertility and productivility of soil.The findings provide a new theoretical basis for laying down fertilization measure of getting high yield of persimmon.A good economic benefit has gotten for using the new theory in persimmon production.
