摘要
高校图书馆在素质教育中发挥作用的根本途径是不断提高服务质量 ,以此来促进学生的综合素质提高 ,促进教师教学和科研能力增强 。
To improve service quality constantly is ultimate avenue that a library of the college or university partakes in the activity of diathesis education. Therefore, the integertive diathesis of students will be advanced, the didactical and scientific ability of teachers will be increased, the fruits of the diathesis educationwill be popularized in socialiation.
