摘要
图书馆员的继续教育是一个长期话题 ,但存在着学习的随意性、盲目性、零散性、被动性等缺陷 ,应分析原因 ,采取对策 。
Librarians' further education is a long-term task. Owing to its randomness, blindness, dispersiveness and passiveness, measures are to be taken for causal analysis and practical results.
