摘要
为满足频谱分析仪计量需求,研制了一套频谱仪全自动检定系统。在此简述系统组成、原理和软件总体设计架构,重点阐述基于VISA和数据库技术设计的频谱分析仪检定/校准系统"程控指令模板"和TPS测量模块遇到关键问题及解决方案。系统采取测量控制过程和程控指令分离的方法,实现了同类标准设备无须编程可替换、被检设备型号无须编程可扩充,使频谱仪检定系统具有较长生命周期。系统应用结果表明,系统设计科学、高效,测量结果准确可靠。
In order to satisfy the measuring requirement of the spectrum analyzer, a set of the auto-verification system for spectrum analyzer was designed. The system composition, principium and software architecture are introduced briefly. The key problems and solutions of the "program control commands template" and TPS measurement module of the verification/ calibra- tion system of spectrum analyzer based on the VISA and database technology are emphatic described. The separation of measur- ing control process and the programmed instruction is used by the method in the system, to realize that the standard instrument of the same kinds can be replaced and the DUT can be extend without programming, and the verification system for spectrum an- alyzer has longer lifecycle. The application results show that the design is scientific and high-efficiency, the measurement result is accurate and reliable.
