摘要
配电通信一体化管理平台是智能配电通信网的重要支持系统,配用电通信网一直以来缺乏统一的管理方案,成为制约智能电网在配电侧应用的瓶颈。分析了智能配电通信网的特点及业务发展需求,对无源光网络、新一代宽带无源光网络和电力线载波等适用通信技术的管理平台进行了比较,并对其在配用电通信网中的接入方式进行了分析,最后提出了智能配用电通信网一体化管理平台的系统架构和技术方案。
The integrated management platform of communication and distribution is an important supporting system of smart communication network for distribution. The communication network of power distribution and usage is lack of a unified management solution all the time, which has been a bottleneck of the application of smart grid on the distribution side. The characteristics and business development needs of smart distribution communication network is analyzed, and the management platforms of suitable communication technology are compared such as passive optical network (PON), new generation of Gigabit- capable passive optical network (GPON), power line carrier (PLC) . The access ways of those platforms in the communication network for distribution and usage was analyzed. At last, a system architecture and technical scheme of the integrated manage- ment platform of smart communication network for distribution and usage are proposed.
