摘要 为了实现对钢轨应变的远距离、实时监测,以MSP430F149单片机为主控制器,结合ZigBee技术,设计了实时监测节点,完成了钢轨应变、温度的采集及数据无线传输。将节点进行了实验室测试和标定并将其安装在某铁路路段进行了实际测试,实际测得的数据与理论分析相符,节点安装简单、运行稳定、速度快、功耗低,适用于户外无人值守的恶劣监测环境。 In order to monitor the rail strain long-distance and real-time, with the microprocessor MSP430F149 as main controller, the real-time monitoring node is designed in combination with the ZigBee technology, and the collection of the rail strain and temperature, and wireless data transmission is realized. The nodes have been tested and calibrated in the laboratory environment, and installed in a section of some railway for testing. The tested data matched with the result of theoretical analysis. The installation of the nodes is easily, and it has steady operation, high speed, and low-power consumption. This kind of node is fit for the monitoring of outdoor unattended harsh environment.
