居民对建立健康档案的态度和需求情况分析

The Analysis of Residents' Attitude to Establishing Health Records and their Demand for it

目的:了解遵义市居民对健康的认识现状和对建立居民健康档案的态度以及对健康档案的需求情况。为目前及未来一段时间内完善居民的健康档案体系提供一定的理论依据。方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样获取调查对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行问卷调查,对遵义市214名常住人口进行问卷调查。结果:已建立健康档案的居民与未建立健康档案的居民相比,对建立健康档案的认识有差异,对健康档案的需求不同,对健康的认识没有差异。结论:加强健康档案的宣传工作,有助于提高建档率,同时对建立完善、可靠及真实有效的健康档案有很大帮助。

Objective： To understand the residents＇ awareness of health in Zunyi, Guizhou province and their attitude to establishing health files, and to provide a certain theory basis for perfecting health file sys- tem at present and in a long period of the future as well. Methods： Multistage stratified cluster design was used to obtain sample , self - designed questionnaire survey was used to collect data. Results： Compared the residents with health files with the ones without them, there are differences in understanding and demand of health records but there is no difference in understanding it. Conclusion： Strengthening propaganda work of health records will contribute to improving the arehiving rate. Also, it will greatly help to establish the per- feet , reliable, real and effective health records.
