摘要
目的:探讨大面积脑梗塞的临床护理要点。方法:对36例大面积脑梗塞重危患者平均治疗30 d,严密观察生命体征变化,加强基础护理、功能锻炼、心理护理、预防并发症等。应用GOS评分评价预后。结果:36例患者,治疗30 d后GOS 1分4例,2分2例,3分10例,4分20例。结论:大面积脑梗后加强护理有助于改善预后。
Objective： To study the clinical nursing key points of large area cerebral infarction. Meth- od 36 critically - ill patients were treated for about 30 days, observed the change of their vital signs, and strengthened the basic nursing , functional exercise, psychological nursing and complications prevention. Resuits After 30 days, of the 36 patients, GOS 1 was in 4 cases , GOS 2 in 2 cases, GOS 3 in 10 cases and GOS 4 in 20 cases. Conclusion Strengthening the basic nursing for large area cerebral infarction will contribu te to improving the prognosis.
