The Influence of Carbon Tax on Development of Livelihood Projects in China

在21世纪,发展低碳经济,走绿色可持续发展之路,是关系到人类自身存亡的不二选择。本文在低碳经济的背景下,梳理了碳税的提出与发展现状,强调了中国开征碳税的可能性与意义,并从碳税三大效应入手探讨我国民生工程的发展方向。

Such environmental problems as global climate warming, extreme weather and multiple, and depletion of energy make people attach importance to economic development＇ s veloping low carbon economy and adhering to the course of green and damage to environment. In the 21st century, de- sustainable development are vital to the survival of human being. This paper reviews the current situation of low-carbon economy, emphasizes the possibility and sig- nificance of carbon tax in China, and discusses the development direction of livelihood projects in China from the three effects of carbon tax.
