摘要
湖北省首次举行的鄂菜论坛,鄂菜作为"中国十大菜系"之一当之无愧。湖北不缺菜,缺的是餐饮的文化和故事。在鄂菜论坛展台上,最引人注目的是历史英雄人物面塑":三顾茅芦""、草船借箭""、桃园三结义"用故事人物摆台展示,令人难忘。鄂菜开发中彰显出面塑具有极强的生命力和面塑独特魅力。
Hubei cuisine is worthy of one of "Ten Chinese Cuisine" in Hubei cuisine forum, held in Hubei for the first time. It does not lack famous dishes, but culture connotations and stories based on cuisine. Different dough statues drawn from historical heroes and displayed on Hubei exhibition booth are unforgettable. Strong vitality and u- nique charm of dough statues have been embodied in the development of Hubei cuisine.
