论唐山市生态立市的全面推进战略

On Strategies for Constructing the Ecological City of Tangshan

唐山市深入落实党的十八大精神,按照"五位一体"总布局,制定实施生态立市、工业强市、产业兴市整体推进发展战略。文章对唐山市推进生态文明建设过程中当前应着重解决的问题进行归纳分析,在充分调研的基础上,对唐山市全面推进生态立市提出对策建议。

Tangshan city, in accordance with the spirit of 18th CPC National Congress and the five-in-one general layout, has formulated the strategies for building an ecological and industrial city to promote its overall development. This paper summarizes and analyzes the existing prob- lems to be solved in the process of the construction of ecological civilization, and then, based on the sufficient research, puts forwards some suggestions for the development of Tangshan City.
