摘要
本文提出了利用纠错码构造一类能同时进行数字签名、加密、检错和纠错的公钥体制。该体制不仅具有足够高的安全性,并且签名、加密等运算量也较小。
A public-key cryptosystem based on error correcting codes is presented. This public-key cryptosystem can perform signature, encrypting, error detecting and error correcting simultaneously. The security of this cryptosystem is enough to satisfy the user's needs. The Computation for signature and encrypting is timesaving.
