摘要
以"语篇补全测试"为工具,考察了英语专业低年级学生和高年级学生拒绝言语行为的语用能力差异。研究结果表明,两组受试在实施拒绝言语行为时会使用近乎相同的策略,且他们的语用能力并无显著差异;被拒绝者与拒绝者之间的社会权力和社会距离影响拒绝策略的实施。
Based on discourse completion test, the pragmatic abilities of refusal speech acts be- tween lower grade English majors and senior English majors are investigated. The results show that the two groups tested will use quite similar strategies for refusal speech acts and there is no significant difference between their pragmatic abilities. Besides, the social power and social dis- tance between the refuser and the refused will influence the usage of refusal strategies.
