非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者幽门螺杆菌感染状况调查

The prevalence of helicobacter pylori infection in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

目的探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的感染状况。方法在946例NAFLD患者和3725例健康对照人群,采用免疫胶体金法检测血清抗幽门螺杆菌尿素酶抗体。结果在男性中,NAFLD和对照组人群Hp感染率分别为21.3%和21.6%(P>0.05),在女性分别为14.9%和16.6%(P>0.05);在男性中,轻、中和重度NAFLD患者Hp感染率分别为21.9%、20.8%和17.4%(P>0.05),在女性分别为16.4%、16.7%和15.0%(P>0.05);Hp阳性与Hp阴性人群体重指数、肝功能和血脂水平亦无明显差异。结论幽门螺杆菌感染可能对NAFLD发病、肝功能指标、血糖及血脂水平无明显影响。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of helicobacter pylori （Hp）infection in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. Methods Subjects underwent physical examination were studied. Ab-dominal B ultrasound and serum Hp antibody were used to determine the existence of NAFLD or Hp infection, respectively. A total of 946 patients with NAFLD （658 males and 288 females） and 3725 health controls（1867 males and 1858 females）were enrolled. Result There was no statistical significance in Hp infection rates be-tween the NAFLD patients （21.3%）and the health controls （21.6%,P〉0.05） in the male,neither in the female （14.9% in NAFLD patients vs. 16.6% in health controls）;The prevalence of Hp infection in patients with mild, moderate,or severe NAFLD were 21.9%,20.8% and 17.4% respectively in the male and 16.4%,16.7% and 15.0%respectively in the female and the differences were not statistically significant in either gender （P〉0.05）;Liver function parameters,blood glucose and lipids levels were not significantly different between persons with serum anti-Hp antibody positive and with it negative. Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection may not contribute to the pathogenesis of NAFLD and do not affect liver function,blood glucose and lipids levels.
