银杏达莫治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对Hs-CRP的影响

目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的影响。方法136例被确诊为急性脑梗死的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,均68例。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组给予奥扎格雷钠80 mg加入250 mL生理盐水中,2次/d,静脉滴注;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予银杏达莫注射液20mL加入250 mL生理盐水中,1次/d,静脉滴注,均治疗14 d。结果两组神经功能缺损评分、1 min血小板聚集率、5 min血小板聚集率及Hs-CRP在治疗后与治疗前组内比较均有显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后两组在神经功能缺损评分、1 min血小板聚集率、5 min血小板聚集率及Hs-CRP组间相比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组总体有效率比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液可以明显改善患者临床症状、体征和降低炎症因子,治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。

Conclusion Dipyridamole injection can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, signs and reduce inflammatory factors, efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction significantly.
