银杏达莫治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对Hs-CRP的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对超敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的影响。方法136例被确诊为急性脑梗死的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,均68例。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组给予奥扎格雷钠80 mg加入250 mL生理盐水中,2次/d,静脉滴注;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予银杏达莫注射液20mL加入250 mL生理盐水中,1次/d,静脉滴注,均治疗14 d。结果两组神经功能缺损评分、1 min血小板聚集率、5 min血小板聚集率及Hs-CRP在治疗后与治疗前组内比较均有显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后两组在神经功能缺损评分、1 min血小板聚集率、5 min血小板聚集率及Hs-CRP组间相比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组总体有效率比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液可以明显改善患者临床症状、体征和降低炎症因子,治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of dipyridamole injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the influence of Hs-CRP. Methods 136 patients were diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups of 68 cases. The two groups were given basic treatment, control group was given ozagrel sodium 80 mg adding 250 mL normal saline, 2/d, intravenous drip ; Given to the treatment group in the control group on the basis of dipyridamole injection of 20 mL into normal saline 250 mL, l/d, intravenous drip. All patients were treated for 14 days. Results Two groups of neural function defect score, 1 min platelet aggregation rate, platelet aggregation rate in 5min and Hs-CRP before treatment and after treatment group comparison decreased significantly, The two groups after treatment, the scores of nervous function defect l min platelet aggregation rate, platelet aggregation rate of 5 min and Hs-CRP groups compared (P 〈 0.05 ) , the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P 〈 0.05) ; The two groups after treatment compared to overall efficiency, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Dipyridamole injection can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, signs and reduce inflammatory factors, efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction significantly.
