青光眼术后白内障透明角膜缘切口超声乳化术

Phacoemulsification Through Clear Corneal Incision for Complicated Cataract after Glaucoma Surgery

目的探讨抗青光眼术后白内障行透明角膜缘切口超声乳化吸除的治疗效果。方法对28例28眼抗青光眼术后白内障患者行右上方透明角膜缘切口超声乳化吸除及折叠式人工晶体植入术，术后随访3—6个月，观察视力、眼压、滤过泡等情况。结果全部患者视力较术前不同程度提高，视力〉0．5者12只眼（43％），0．1—0．5者14只眼（50％），〈0．1者2只眼（7％）。术后眼压在正常范围内，滤过泡形态无改变。结论透明角膜缘切口超声乳化白内障吸除术是治疗青光眼术后白内障的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the phacoemulsification through transparent corneal incision for complicated cataract after anti-glaucoma surgery. Methods The phacoemulsification through transparent corneal incision in upper right was run in 28 cases （28 eyes） of complicated cataract after glaucoma surgery. Patients were followed up 3 - 6 months after operation for observing the condition of vision, IOP and filtering bleb. Results Compared with the vision of patients before surgery, the visions of all the patients after surgery were improved. The visions of 12 eyes （43%） were over 0.5, the visions of 14 eyes （50%） were in the range of 0. 1 -0. 5, the visions of 2 eyes （7%） were lower than 0. 1. The postoperative IOPs were in normal range and there was no change in filtering bleb. Conclusion The phacoemulsification through clear corneal incision is an effective way to treat complicated cataract after antiglaucoma surgery.
