非脱垂子宫改良阴式全宫切除术42例分析

Analysis of Modified Transvaginal Panhysterectomy in the Uteri of Unprolapse:A Report of 42 Cases

为探讨改良阴式术对非脱垂子宫切除的优缺点 ,笔者选择了 4 2例非脱垂子宫行改良阴式全宫切除术和 4 2例同期患者行腹式全宫切除术进行比较分析 .结果表明 :2组在手术时间、术中出血量方面无明显差异 ,而改良阴式组与腹式组在术后体温、肛门排气、下床及住院时间方面均有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1) .改良阴式全宫切除术 ,手术步骤简化 ,副反应少 ,术后效果明显优于腹式 .

In order to study the advantage and disadvantage of modified transvaginal panhysterectomy in the uteri of unprolapse,84 patients who needed to be made an excision of uterus were divided into two groups (transvaginal panhysterectomy were 42 cases and abdominal panhysterectomy were 42 cases),and a contrast was made between the two groups.The results showed that after operation,there was no significant difference in the time and in the operative hemorrhage, but there was significant difference in the body temperature, anal exsufflation,time of leaving bed,and time of hospitalization.Thus it was drawn that modified transvaginal panhysterectomy is simple in operation and the side effect is little,and the effect of modified transvaginal panhysterectomy after operation is better than that of abdominal panhysterectomy.
