百令胶囊预防呼吸衰竭患者肾损伤的疗效观察

The effect of Bailing capsule on prevention of renal injury in patients with respiratory failure

目的探讨百令胶囊预防呼吸衰竭患者肾损伤的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将172例呼吸衰竭患者随机分成试验组（87例）和对照组（85例）。试验组给予百令胶囊（每日1g，每天3次）预防治疗，对照组仅予常规治疗。比较2组血尿、蛋白尿及急性肾损伤（AKI）发生率、住院时间和住院费用的差别。结果①试验组肾损伤总发生率、血尿、蛋白尿及AKI发生率均明显低于对照组[23．0％（20／87）比38．8％（33／85），8．0％（7／87）比18．8％（16／85），19．5％（17／87）比34．1％（29／85），13．8％（12／87）比27．1％（23／85）]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；②试验组平均住院时间和平均住院费用均显著低于对照组[（15．1±1．1）d比（19．2±2．2）d，（1．8±0．9）万元比（2．1±1．0）万元]，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论百令胶囊可有效预防呼吸衰竭患者肾损伤。

Objective To explore the effect of Bailing capsule on the prevention of renal injury in patients with respiratory failure. Methods By simple randomization, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The difference of the incidence of hematuria, proteinuria and acute kidney injury（ AKI）, hospital stay and hospital costs were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of hematuria, proteinu- ria and AKI in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group [ 23.0% （20/87） vs 38.8% （33/85）, 8.0% （7/87） vs 18.8% （ 16/85 ）, 19.5% （ 17/87 ） vs 34. 1% （29/85）, 13.8% （ 12/87 ） vs 27.1% （ 23/85 ） ] （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The hospital stay and hospital costs in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group [ （ 15.1 ±1.1 ） d vs （ 19.2 ±2.2 ） d, （ 1.8 ±0.9 ） million yuan vs （ 2.1 ± 1.0 ） million yuan ] （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Bailing capsule has a good effect on the prevention of renal injury in patients with respiratory failure.
