刺山柑乳膏治疗银屑病的临床观察

Clinical observation of uygur mdeicine cappairs Spinoss. L cream in treatment of psoriasis

目的探讨刺山柑乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法80例银屑病患者按随机数字表随机分为观察组（37例）和对照组（43例）。2组均口服阿维A胶囊10mg，2次／d，观察组患者外用刺山柑乳膏2次／d，对照组患者外用他扎罗汀凝胶2次／d，共8周。记录治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗8周后，观察组患者皮损有效率为94．6％（35／37），对照组93．0％（40／43），2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组[18．9％（7／37）比46．5％（20／43），P〈0．05]。结论刺山柑乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病安全有效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of cappairs Spinoss. L cream in the treatment of psoriasis patients. Methods Eighty cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were treated with acitretin 10 mg twice per day. The observation group （37 cases） were given Cappairs Spi- noss. The control group （43 cases） was given tazalotine gel twice per day. The follow-up was 8 weeks. The clinical response to therapy and adverse effects were recorded. Results After 8 weeks, the effective rate was 94. 6% （35/37） in the observation group. The effective rate was 93.0% （40/43） in the conrtol group. The comparison in two groups had not significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse effect in observation group was lower than that in control group [ 18.9% （7/37） vs 46.5 % （20/43）, P 〈 0.05 ]. Conclusion The treatment of psoriasis with cappairs Spinoss. L cream showes good efficacy and safety.
