Language and culture are closely related, culture influences language, language carries culture. Every language has its own distinctive culture. Sapir Wolf＇s hypothesis is that mother tongue restricts people＇s mode of thinking more or less. Therefore, we should keep Chinese own integrity and totality when absorbing the essence of other cultures in English- Chinese translation in order to protect our national culture, which is the real mission of translation. Transliterated translation of introducing language is conducive to the protection of the subject and universality of Chinese culture.
