双向随访对中重度癌痛患者的影响

Effect of two-way follow-up on patients experiencing moderate to severe cancer pain

目的研究双向随访对中重度癌痛患者镇痛疗效的影响。方法将出院的168例中重度癌痛患者按出院时间顺序分为两组,对照组79例接受常规门诊随访,观察组89例在此基础上接受双向随访,出院第4周收集资料,通过自拟调查问卷方式评价随访效果。结果观察组患者服药依从性、癌痛控制有效率、对疼痛治疗的满意度显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论对中重度癌痛患者实施双向随访可提高患者服药的依从性,提高癌痛控制效果,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者对疼痛治疗的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of two-way follow-up on patients experiencing moderate to severe cancer pain. Methods A total of 168 discharged patients in moderate to severe cancer pain were divided into a control group of 79, who received routine out- patient follow-up, and an observation group of 89, who were subjected to a two-way follow-up program. Four weeks later, the effect of follow-up was surveyed through a self-designed questionaire. Results The rates of medication adherence, effective pain con- trol, and patient satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion The two-way follow-up program could effectively improve cancer patients＇ medication adherence, help control cancer pain, ease patients＇ suffering, and improve patient satisfaction with pain management.
