摘要
目的探讨爱尔碘皮肤消毒效果满意的最佳穿刺时间。方法随机抽取静脉输液患者500例次,分5批次进行对照试验。每组100例次,用统一大小的棉棒浸相同量的爱尔碘消毒液,从注射中心由内向外旋转,将药液涂抹均匀,面积5cm×5cm以上,分别在消毒后10~20S(1组)、21~30S(2组)、31~40s(3组)、4i~50s(4组)、51~60S(5组)时,用无菌管型棉拭子取样做细菌培养,观察消毒效果满意的最佳穿刺时间。结果爱尔碘皮肤消毒后10~20s、21~30s细菌培养结果阴性,31~40S细菌培养结果阳性率低,与前两组比较无差异(均P〉0.005);随着时间的延长,41~50S、51~60S细菌培养阳性率逐渐增加,其中51~60S与前4组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.005)。结论爱尔碘皮肤消毒后20S完全蒸发,消毒后10~30s细菌培养结果为阴性。因此,建议穿刺应控制在消毒后20~30s进行效果最佳。
Objective To investigate the optimal puncture time after skin disinfection with Aierdian. Methods We randomly selected 500 venous punctures, which were sequenced and divided into 5 hatches, with 100 punctures in each batch. Before the punctures, we used a cotton swab saturated with Aierdian to disinfect the puncture site from center out-ward in circular motion for over 5 cm in diameter, then we employed a sterile cotton-tip swab to stroke the disinfected skin for specimen after 10--20 s (the 1st batch), 21--30 s(the 2nd batch), 31--40 s(the 3rd batch), 41--50 s(the 4th batch), and 51--60 s(the 5th batch) ,respectively. Then we immediately placed the cotton-tip swab into a culture tube, which was later sent to the lab for microbiologic testing. Results Micro- biologic cultures were tested negative for the the 1st batch (10--20 s) and the 2nd batch(21--30 s); for the 3rd batch(31--40 s), only a few cultures were tested positive; positive cultures showed an upward trend in the 4th batch(41--50 s), and the 5th batch (51--60 s) ,with the last batch significantly higher than any of the previous 4 groups (P〈0. 005 for all). Conclusion Given that it takes the Aierdian to dry in 20 s of disinfection, and microbiologic cultures are tested negative within 10--30 s after skin disinfec- tion with Aierdian, it is recommended that we should perform venous puncture within 20--30 s after skin disinfection.
