田七粉与2%利多卡因外敷治疗动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的效果

Effect of external application of mixture of panax notoginseng powder and 2% lidocaine on hematoma due to hemorrhage at the internal arteriovenous fistula

目的探讨田七粉与2%利多卡因注射液调和外敷治疗动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的效果。方法将120例内瘘处皮下血肿的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组采用田七粉与2%利多卡因注射液调和外敷,对照组采用50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷。结果观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组,治愈时间显著短于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论田七粉与2%利多卡因注射液调和外敷可有效治愈内瘘皮下血肿。

Objective To study the effect of external application of mixture of panax notoginseng powder and 2 % lidocaine on hemato- ma due to hemorrhage at the internal arteriovenous fistula. Methods Totally, 120 patients with hematoma formation at the arterio- venous dialysis access sites, were randomly and equally divided into an observation group and a control group, either being treated with external application of mixture of panax notoginseng powder and 2% lidocaine injection, or treated with 50% magnesium sul- fate wet wrap tharapy, respectively. Results The treatment effect of hematoma was significantly better, and the time to heal was significantly shorter in the observation group, than in the control group （P〈0.01 for both）. Conclusion External application of mixture of panax notoginseng powder and 2% lidocaine could effectively boost hemotoma at the internal arteriovenous fistula to re solve.
