GL和ABT生根液对几种植物插条生根的作用比较

摘要 Application of rooting reagents GL and ABT promoted the formation of adventitious roots in cutting of mung beau hypocotyl. The treatment of GL significantly stimulated rooting number and range, which was more effective than that of ABT, so was the combined treatment of GL and IBA. However, compared with GL, ABT and ABT + IBA could increase root fresh weight and root length. The rooting number and range of adventitious roots in cutting of some woody plants(eg. Carmona microphylla and Glyptostrobus pensllis) were markedly increasing by the treament of GL (250 mg/L) in comparison with ABT treatment. On the contrary, ABT(250 mg/L) caused a remarkable increase in percentage of rooting for adventitious roots by comparison with GL reagent.
