中国IT从业人员组织支持感与工作满意度的关系研究——以组织支持感为中介变量

摘要 本研究对180名IT从业人员进行问卷调查,探索IT从业人员的组织公平感,组织支持感和工作满意度的关系,以期了解组织支持感作为中介变量对组织公平感和工作满意度之间的关系的影响。结果发现:中国IT从业人员的组织公平感对工作满意度有正向影响,此外还发现,组织支持感在组织公平感和工作满意度之间起到了部分中介的作用。
