重力对ZrTiCuNiBe大块非晶形成合金定向凝固组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以ZrTiCuNiBe大块非晶形成合金为研究对象, 利用定向凝固装置, 进行了不同重力场方向下合金的定向凝固实验. 利用X射线衍射仪分析了初生相组成, 并通过金相显微镜观察了凝固组织形貌. 研究发现, 当凝固方向与重力场取向相同时, 凝固组织主要为大量共晶相 + 少量针状初生相. 当凝固方向与重力场取向相反时, 针状初生相多而粗大.
