甘肃省农民参加新农保意愿研究

Study on the Intention and Influencing Factors of Peasants' Willingness of Gansu to Participate in New Rural Endowment Insurance

农民参加新农保的意愿直接影响着新农村养老保险制度的建立和完善。本研究通过对甘肃省榆中县、会宁县、武山县3个最具代表性的新农保试点地区农村居民的调查,运用Logistic回归分析方法,实证分析得出对农民参加新农保意愿具有显著影响的主要因素,包括农户的年龄、健康状况、受教育程度、家庭人均纯收入以及对新农保政策的了解程度等。并就这项分析结果,从政策宣传、教育扶持、经济促进等方面提出了积极的对策建议,以期为甘肃省新农保事业的健康发展提供一定的理论参考。

Basing on the survey data of Yuzhong, Huining and Wushan county, new research uses logistic regression to analyze Gansu peasants to participate in new rural endowment insurance. The results show that the age, health status, education level, net income per capita of rural household and their knowledge about the policy of new rural endowment insurance have distinct impact on peasants＇ willingness to participate in new rural endowment insurance. Through analyzing of these main factors, this paper tries to make some corresponding policy suggestions, such as strengthening policy advocacy to encourage the young people to active in new rural endowment; increasing farmers educational level to help farmers have corrected and advanced notion; developing the economy and ensure the sustainable development of new rural endowment insurance etc.
