摘要
实施素质教育是培养创新人才的关键。本文采用理论与实际相结合的原则 ,对素质教育的实施展开了讨论 ,其主要内容有 :实施素质教育重在对创新人才的培养 ,要实现由“应试教育”向全面素质教育的转变 ,重在更新教育观念 ,改革考试方法和提高教师素质。
Education for all-round development plays a very important role in the cultivation of creative minds.This paper,from a new point of view,discusses three factors related to the education for all-round development.They are:renewing education ideas,reforming test methods and improving teachers' qualities.
