中心性肥胖与外周性肥胖男性OSAHS患者病情分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对比男性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者中心性肥胖组与外周性肥胖组睡眠监测中的睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)及最低血氧饱和度(SaO2)水平,来分析中心性肥胖与外周性肥胖对患者病情的影响。方法随机选择中心性肥胖的男性OSAHS患者(中心性肥胖组)与外周性肥胖的男性OSAHS患者(外周性肥胖组)各30例,分别记录患者睡眠监测中AHI及SaO2水平,比较两组指标间有无统计学差异。结果男性OSAHS患者中心性肥胖组AHI高于外周性肥胖组,最低SaO2低于外周性肥胖组,差异均有统计学意义。结论中心性肥胖的男性OSAHS患者病情往往重于外周性肥胖患者,中心性肥胖对OSAHS病情影响更大。 Objectives To analyze two kinds of obesity in male patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (obstructive sleep apnea - hypopnea syndrome, OSAHS) between central obesity and peripheral obesity group by comparing the sleep apnea low air index (AHI) and minimum blood oxygen saturation (SaO2) level. Methods Central obesity male OSAHS patients (central obesity group) and peripheral obesity OSAHS patients (peripheral obesity group) were selected randomly, and each group consisted of 30 patients respectively. AHI and SaO: level of the patients were recorded, and the difference between two groups were compared statistically. Results AHI of male OSAHS patients in central obesity group was higher than that of the peripheral obesity group, while minimum Sa02 was lower than that of the peripheral obesity group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Male OSAHS patients with central obesity are more serious than peripheral obesity patients, and central obesity is a greater influence on OSAHS.
