红蓝光联合美满霉素治疗寻常痤疮临床疗效观察

Clinical observations on red-blue light combined with minomax in the treatment of acne vulgaris

目的评价红蓝光联合美满霉素治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法美满霉素100 mg每日1次,连服20 d;克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂外用,每日2次;红蓝光交替照射,每周2次,共4周。结果 4周后治疗组痊愈率62.3%;总显效率89.1%。结论红蓝光联合美满霉素治疗寻常痤疮安全有效,患者满意度高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of joint red-blue light combined with minomax therapy for acne vulgaris. Methods Oral minomax 100mg daily and continued for 20 days. Topical clindamycin and metronidazole liniment, 2 times a day. Alternating red-blue light irradiation, 2 times a week for 4 weeks. Results After four weeks, the cure ratio was 62.3% in treatead patients, and the effective ratio was 89.1%. Conclusion Red-blue light combined with minomax therapy for ache vulgaris is safely and effectively, and patients have higher satisfactions with it.
