摘要
基本公共卫生服务是公共服务的重要内容,故将讨论的范畴限定在公共服务中的公众参与。揭示了公共参与和基本公共卫生服务的内涵;针对当前公众参与基本公共卫生服务存在的问题,从公众认知、公众信息和公众行为三方面总结了问题产生的原因,并从公众自身树立健康观念,新闻媒体正确引导,提升政府公信力,加强医疗机构建设等方面提出了相应的解决对策。
Basic public health service is an important component of public service, thus the discussion will be surrounded in public participation, which is a part of public health. This thesis explained the definitions of public participation and basic public health service, and summarized the reasons of the related problems from the perspective of public cognition, public information and public behavior, which were based on the current situation of public participation in basic public health service. Then, the author addressed some against the related problems from the following views： establishing public＇s concept of health; media＇s proper guidance; promoting government＇s credibility; and strengthening the construction of medical institutions.
