金融创新的国际经验与广州国际商贸中心的建设

International Experience in Financial Innovation and the Building of Guangzhou as an International Trade Centre

现代服务业是打造国际商贸中心的源动力。金融产业体系是现代服务业体系的重要组成部分,广州建设国际商贸中心城市,必须提高金融产业的竞争力,其核心在于金融创新。本文通过对纽约、伦敦、东京与香港等国际大都市的金融发展及创新演变历程作比较分析,借鉴金融创新促进国际商贸中心城市形成与发展的国际成熟经验,并结合广州自身的条件和经济发展状况提出通过金融创新促进广州国际商贸中心建设的对策。

Modem service industry is a driving force of the construction of international trade center. Financial industry system is an important part of the modem service industry. Building Guangzhou into an international trade city needs to im prove the competitiveness of the financial industry by financial innovation. This paper reviews the financial development and innovational process of the leading international metropolises, including New York, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong, in order to make a comparative analysis of them. Thus mature experience can be drawn from the formation and development of these international trade centers. With this, it puts forward some effective countermeasures, such as financial innovation in light of Guanzhou ＇ s own conditions and economic rowth, to oromote the building of Guanzhou into an international trade center.
