Innovation of Practice Training for Full-time Professional Graduate Students in the Field of Marine Chemical Engineering

本文针对全日制专业型研究生培养的现状,分析了研究生实践环节存在的问题。结合海洋化工领域的化学工程专业的专业硕士实践环节培养方案,探讨了从招生面试环节增加其专业应用能力考核权重,制定可行的专业硕士实践环节考核机制,加强专业硕士实践基地建设,严格专业硕士导师资格评定机制,切实发挥企业导师的指导作用,制定适合专业特点的专业硕士培养计划等几个方面完善专业型硕士研究生培养的实践环节。

Based on the analysis of the situation of full time professional graduate students＇ education,this paper discussed some possible means to turn out more high quality professional graduate students,such as increasing the assessment weight of the ability of professional applications;developing an applicable assessment mechanism of the professional graduate students＇ practice training;enhancing the construction of the professional graduate students＇ practice training base;strengthening the mechanism of the professional graduate students＇ instructors;giving full play to the guiding role of enterprise advisors;and perfecting the professional graduate students＇ training program.
