Exploration and Application of Video Resources for Food Education

本文结合建设国家级精品课程和国家级双语示范课程的实践,讨论了建设食品视频教学资源的必要性,介绍了主要食品视频资源的素材来源,收集和编辑了使用方法,提出了进一步开发食品视频资源的设想。

This paper discussed the importance of video materials for food education and introduced,the main resources,collection,edition and application of food videos based on the authors＇ practice of National Exquisite Course and Bilingual Teaching Demonstration Course. The suggestions provided are for the further development of video resources for food education.
